About the role and the Team:
This role sits at the intersection of brand, marketing and studio operations. You'll lead the day-to-day project delivery, resourcing and coordination of ATL brand campaigns — partnering closely with commercial, marketing, media and internal creative teams to ensure our campaigns land on time, on brief and on brand. This is both a maker and operator role: shaping the campaign delivery plan, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and keeping the creative engine running smoothly.
What will you be doing?
Brand activation & campaign support
- Support the development and delivery of brand campaigns (OOH, digital audio, social, branded
- content, YouTube, offline)
- Coordinate campaign assets across multiple channels ensuring consistent brand expression
- Support ATL media planning and creative development alongside media/channel owners
- Align cross-functional teams (digital, audience, website, PR, CRM) on campaign requirements and deliverables
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, production partners and print vendors
- Track performance and share learnings to drive continual improvement
- Ensure all campaign content is compliant, aligned to brand identity and uses the latest positioning
- Manage campaign collateral/merchandise production as required
Creative operations, traffic & project management
- Own the day-to-day workflow of the internal creative studio — from intake through to delivery
- Translate briefs into clear scopes, timings, sequencing and deliverable plans
- Maintain capacity visibility, flag bottlenecks early, and propose resource solutions
- Manage priorities, approvals, version control and stakeholder updates
- Champion efficient processes, templates and tools (Jira as primary traffic system)
- Maintain budget trackers and support PO raising / tracking
- Help cultivate a calm, accountable, solutions-focused studio culture
What we are looking for:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to think strategically, provide practical solutions, and make sound decisions in complex and evolving product and customer journey environments
- Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to build and motivate teams, manage change, hold people to account and drive a culture of customer and product focus
- Telecoms experience and/or experience in a start-up or PE environment - DESIRABLE
