ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for technical expert who supports the sales team in qualifying, proposing, and closing deals with potential and existing customers.

  • Work on commercial/sales strategy for own customer portfolio and new businesses outside existing product and services
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical assistance throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with product management and engineers to align customers' needs with products/services
  • Provides pre-sales support and service design for data products/ services, technical and/or analytical support to customers and the sales team through preparation of inputs for offers, business cases, presentations and other marketing/sales material
  • Deliver engaging product and solution presentation /demonstration to customers
  • Architect and design solutions that align with customer requirements and internal processes
  • Prepare product/service solutions and offers for new and existing customers. Generate technical sales materials, including product specifications to support sales.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) with detailed technical solutions and cost inputs.
  • Develop new revenue streams by utilizing our or partners infrastructure and build a stronger position on the market
  • Inputs collection, support and reporting (internal and external)
  • Cross-functional cooperation, processes and procedure development
  • Pricing policy/principles and markets analytics
  • Feasibility & implementation for commercial product and services
  • Build strong relationship with customers as technical expert
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products/services and/or go2market strategy

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • College or University degree (Telecommunication, Technology)
  • 5+ years in pre-sales and solution architecture
  • Strong expertise of telecommunication technologies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Team player with strong business understanding and focus on deliverables
