Tasks and responsibilities:
- Sale of new and used ("Porsche Approved and Porsche Pre-Owned") cars.
- Sale of financial and other services (leasing, insurance, etc.).
- Sale of collections and accessories ("Porsche Tequipment") and Porsche Approved Warranty.
- Responsible for the whole Dealer Sales Journey.
- Accompany the customer throughout the entire sales journey with focus on lead generation, needs assessment, car configuration, objection handling, offer creation, contract closure and upselling.
- Performs excellent static and dynamic new and pre-owned Porsche vehicle presentation.
- Document and maintain customer data.
- Manage customer relation and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Arrange trade-in appraisals through the Sales Manager.
- Manage customer takeover along the sales process through regular exchange within sales team, as well as After Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support market potential analysis & sales planning.
- Creation of an informative financing offer and a follow-up during the entire process of financial closing until the delivery.
You bring with you:
Professionally:
- Certificate in university education (Minimum VI degree)
- Experience in the automotive sector (minimum 3 years)
- Experience of dealing with customers
- Excellent command in English language
- PC proficiency (MS Windows, MS Office)
- Experience with in-house software solutions may be an advantage (CROSS and WebWheels)
Personally:
- Rule consistent behaviour guided by the company code of conduct.
- Honesty and demonstration of a high level of morality in daily work situations (e.g. during sales and service process) while setting priority on customer and colleague safety.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team oriented personality.
- Problem-solving oriented, result driven and absolute customer-oriented mindset.
- Determination to further professional development and trainings.
- Driving license (B category).
