We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as a
Fraud Prevention Specialist
in the card payment sector. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive 24/7/365 fraud monitoring and prevention services for our Central European clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time transaction monitoring for issuing and acquiring fraud detection
• Configuration, analysis, and modification of fraud prevention rules
• Management of blacklists and whitelists for fraud control
• Investigation and decision-making related to suspicious transactions
• Cooperation with banks, partners, and local authorities on fraud-related cases
• Statistical analysis of fraud incidents to identify trends and recommend new prevention measures
• Blocking/unblocking of suspicious cards and terminals (POS & eCommerce), including geo-blocking
• Identification of various fraud types such as ATM/POS skimming, lost/stolen card misuse, counterfeit cards, and MO/TO (mail order/telephone order) fraud

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience (university degree is an advantage)
• Experience in the card payment industry (issuing and acquiring) is a plus
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
