Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior AI Developer to join our team and help us change everything. This isn't just a coding job; it's a chance to be at the heart of innovation. We want someone with a deep curiosity for open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) who is excited to build groundbreaking solutions from the ground up. If you are passionate about the potential of AI to transform the events industry and are eager to learn and experiment with cutting-edge technology, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy creative AI solutions using open-source LLMs and frameworks.
  • Develop and manage sophisticated Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems by leveraging vector databases.
  • Integrate bespoke AI tools into our existing platforms to create smarter, more efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with our events, marketing, and media teams to brainstorm and implement AI-powered features that will redefine the attendee experience.
  • Continuously experiment with new models, techniques, and open-source projects to keep us at the bleeding edge of AI.
  • Take ownership of projects, from initial concept to final deployment, in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Champion the power of AI within the company, demonstrating how it can solve real-world challenges in the events space.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A foundational understanding of AI/ML, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating your passion for the field.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Familiarity with the core concepts of Large Language Models and the open-source AI ecosystem.
  • A solid understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus) and their role in AI applications.
  • An insatiable curiosity, a willingness to learn rapidly, and a genuine excitement for the events industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Would be beneficial:

  • Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of data processing and preparation techniques for AI models.
