We are proud to support our client, CETIN, in their search for a skilled and motivated SeniorBusiness Controller to join their dynamic team. SeniorBusiness Controller This position will split responsibilities equally between GroupCommercial (focused on business cases and strategic initiatives) and CETINSerbia (covering senior controlling tasks).The role requires strong analytical capabilities, proactive businesspartnering, and the ability to challenge and support stakeholders at alllevels. ROLE OVERVIEW: Lead and support business case preparation for newproducts, investments, and strategic initiatives within Group Commercial,ensuring robust cost -benefit analysis and alignment with corporate objectives.Drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategicdecision -making processes across CETIN Serbia.Provide senior level controlling support, includingperformance monitoring of products, investments, segments, and divisions usingboth financial and non -financial KPIs.Develop and enhance management reporting systems toensure timely and accurate information for decision -making.Act as a business partner, challenging assumptions andidentifying optimization opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.Collaborate closely with Accounting, Fixed Assets, andcross -functional teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financialreporting.RequirementsUniversity degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting,or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Controlling,Financial Reporting in a senior role.Proven experience in business case development andstrategic financial analysis.Fluent written and spoken English.Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, withattention to detail.Excellent communication and influencing skills, withthe ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders.
