Introduction

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in business process modeling, intelligent automation, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end analysis across automation initiatives and custom applications (primarily Power Apps). You will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, intelligent, and future-ready digital solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct business process discovery and create AS-IS / TO-BE process models (BPMN).
  • Perform business analysis for custom applications, predominantly built with Power Apps.
  • Identify automation, AI, and Agentic AI opportunities across business units.
  • Define business requirements, user stories, and PDDs.
  • Shape the RPA & AI solution scope, value proposition, and delivery roadmap.
  • Collaborate with RPA developers, AI engineers, and Power Platform teams on solution design.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions (discovery, prioritization).
  • Support Agile teams throughout sprints, ensuring clarity of requirements.
  • Assess risks, track dependencies, and ensure compliance with governance and architecture standards.
  • Promote automation awareness through demos, training, and actionable process insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or digital transformation.
  • 2+ years of experience in automation (RPA, AI, Agentic AI, Power Platform).
  • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven) or similar low-code platforms.
  • Proficiency with process modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, BlueWorks).
  • Experience delivering projects in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferences

  • Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, or
  • Knowledge of AI technologies (Document Intelligence, AI Builder, LLMs, ML/NLP).
  • Familiarity with APIs, Dataverse, and
    ERP systems (SAP, Microsoft Business Central, and similar)
    .
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Multilingual skills (English and potentially German).
