Business Planning Analyst

Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing budgets, monitoring execution, and proposing cost optimization measures
  • Independently prepares and analyses profit and loss statements, business plans, and related financial reports
  • Prepares reports and analyses capital and operating expenditures
  • Preparation of pricing models and strategies
  • Monitors fulfilment of contractual obligations and receivables
  • Independently prepares regular and periodic reports within the scope of responsibilities, as well as ad hoc reports upon request of the Group or management
  • Maintains supporting records as a basis for accurate and reliable reporting
  • Ensures proper allocation of costs across cost and profit centers
  • Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of supporting documentation
  • Defines measures for process improvement within the area of responsibility, develops procedures, and applies and enhances the use of various tools (ERP/CRM/BI, etc.)
  • Prepares calculations and control guidelines for issuing documents in line with contractual terms
  • Reviews and monitors financial terms of contracts, reports in accordance with established reporting systems
  • Reviews contracted and budgeted expenses
  • Prepares financial reports and maintains regular communication with banks and other financial institutions
  • Prepares and analyses sales plans, project revenues, and cash flow projections
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Planning
  • Reports directly to the Head of Business Planning

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication abilities
  • 3+ years of experience in business planning or finance.
  • Experience in the real estate business is preferable
