We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical writing skills to bridge Product, Operations, Development, and Management. The role includes collecting requirements, documenting processes, and supporting delivery from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities


• Communicate with teams such as CRM, VIP, Support, Payments, Risks, NOC, Product, and Development


• Collect business needs and translate them into structured requirements


• Analyze feasibility and alignment with business priorities


• Participate in task prioritization with stakeholders


• Document as-is and to-be processes and workflows


• Maintain a unified knowledge base in Confluence


• Prepare and update specifications, guides, instructions, checklists, and diagrams


• Write clear documentation for business and technical audiences


• Prepare user stories and acceptance criteria


• Create and track tasks in Jira


• Validate delivered functionality against requirements


• Identify gaps and inconsistencies and follow up until resolved

Requirements – Must Have


• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst


• Strong ability to structure information and work with complex data


• Experience with BPMN, UML, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams


• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence


• Ability to ask clarifying questions and extract missing information


• Excellent written English

Requirements – Nice to Have


• Experience in product companies, iGaming, fintech, or high-load systems


• Experience facilitating workshops or alignment meetings


• Ability to write clear content for business, technical, or user audiences
