We are looking for an IT Network Engineer L2 to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia, where you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing the network backbone of a dynamic live-gaming studio environment.

What Youll Do

  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network hardware including switches, routers, and firewalls to maintain high-performance operations
  • Deploy and optimize wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity and rapid incident resolution
  • Monitor network systems proactively to uphold reliability, security, and uptime across the infrastructure
  • Diagnose network incidents, document resolutions, and escalate where required to senior teams
  • Support DNS, DHCP, VPN, and other critical network services across Windows and Linux environments
  • Maintain up-to-date network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures
  • Implement and enhance network security protocolsACLs, firewalls, and VPNsin collaboration with senior engineers
  • Work closely with IT, Cloud, and Systems teams to align networking architecture with broader business goals

Who You Are

  • Minimum 24 years hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
  • Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, or Zabbix to identify and resolve network issues
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Certified CCNA or working toward certification is a strong plus
  • Availability to cover shift work including nights and weekends is required
