What You'll Do

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain
    Cisco switches, routers & firewalls
    for stable, high-performance operations
  • Support
    wireless networks
    and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless connectivity
  • Proactively monitor network performance, reliability, and security
  • Diagnose and resolve
    network incidents
    , escalating when needed and documenting actions
  • Work with
    Linux & Windows
    systems managing DNS, DHCP, VPN and other network services
  • Maintain precise
    network documentation
    for operational continuity
  • Contribute to implementing and improving
    network security measures
  • Collaborate closely with IT & Systems teams to deliver secure, efficient infrastructure

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English (C1)
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in
    network engineering / IT support
  • Strong experience with Cisco routers, switches & wireless setups
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, OSPF/BGP fundamentals
  • Familiar with tools such as Wireshark, PRTG, Zabbix
  • Basic understanding of firewall configurations
  • Comfortable with Linux & Windows for network services
  • Analytical, calm under pressure, proactive team player
  • CCNA
    is a major plus
  • Cloud networking exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a bonus
  • Willing to work in
    rotating shifts (including nights)
