We're creating a QA Talent Pool for both Manual and Automation Engineers across Bosnia and Serbia — connecting skilled testers with exciting upcoming projects in web, mobile, and API testing.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with developers and product teams to identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure smooth releases.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and regression suites in line with CI/CD workflows.
  • Perform API and integration testing to validate performance, security, and functionality.
  • Contribute to improving QA standards, automation coverage, and documentation.
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong background in manual and automated testing, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, Jira, Git, Jenkins, and TestNG (Cypress or JUnit is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, SDKs, JWT, and iFrames.
  • Experience testing on iOS and Android devices.
  • Understanding of QA processes, Agile workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Previous experience with Developer Portals or similar platforms is a plus.
