Opis posla i potrebne veštine:

AD & Windows (Napredno)

  • Upravljanje korisnicima i pravima, grupama, OU, GPO, File Share-ovima i AD CS (CA, sertifikati).
  • AD replikacija, autentifikacija, DNS integracija sa AD, troubleshooting (dcdiag, repadmin).
  • Održavanje servera/VM-ova.
  • Dizajn i implementacija servisa koji obezbeđuju sigurnost sistema i podataka u Win/AD.
  • Help Desk - pružanje podrške zaposlenima (rešavanje problema sa HW i SW).
  • Konfiguracija i instalacija Windows računarskog sistema.
  • Administracija FTP/VPN rešenja.
  • Migracija postojećih platformi (on premises i Cloud) i sistema na nove u Windows okruženju.
  • Instalacija aplikacija on premises i u okviru Cloud okruženja.
  • Dijagnoza i rešavanje problema sa hardverom i softverom.
  • Okta SSO sa AD, Windows/Cloud (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
  • Monitoring cele računarske, serverske i mrežne infrastrukture, logova, alarma

Google Workspace & Okta (Osnovno)

  • Google WS administracija korisnika, grupa, email-a, Drive-a.
  • OKTA SSO sa Google WS.

Mreže & Linux (Osnovno)

  • Osnovno poznavanje TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IP subnetovanja, statičkog/dinamičkog rutiranja, VLAN-ova, portova.
  • Osnovna dijagnostika.
  • Backup/restore konfiguracije mrežnih uređaja.
  • Linux instalacija i održavanje.

Operativne i Podržavajuće Veštine

  • Planiranje, specificiranje i nabavka potrebnog mrežnog i računarskog SW i HW.
  • Analiza tehničko-informacionih potreba zaposlenih.
  • Kreiranje tokova, dijagrama i druge projektne dokumentacije.
  • Kreiranje uputstva i detaljnih setova instrukcija vezanih za aktivne servise.
  • Koordinacija rada službe sa ostalim organizacionim celinama.
  • Nadgledanje, kontrola i provera upotrebe generalnih procedura.
  • Identifikacija problema redakcija/službi i davanje predloga tehničkih rešenja.

Uslovi

  • 3-5+ godina iskustva u IT administraciji (50+ korisnika)

Prednosti:

  • Microsoft AD/Windows Server sertifikat
  • CCNA sertifikat.
  • Poznavanje PowerShell scriptinga.
  • Nutanix okruženje osnovno znanje.
