System Operations Coordinator

Location: Belgrade

MG Group HR Services is hiring on behalf of a stable and well-established company operating in the field of
automated vending solutions
and
consumables distribution
.

We are looking for a technically minded, analytical and highly organized professional who can connect field activities, system data and internal processes — someone with a
system-administrator mindset
within the operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan daily field activities (vending machine refills & servicing)
  • Monitor operational KPIs through internal software tools and dashboards
  • Prepare reports, analyze performance trends and support process optimization
  • Ensure smooth alignment between technical, logistics and administrative teams
  • Manage inventory records, procurement processes and company fleet data
  • Communicate with partners and clients to resolve technical and logistics issues
  • Work closely with management on improving operational workflows and system efficiency

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Organizational Sciences or Technical faculties)
  • Previous experience in operational coordination, logistics or technical environments
  • Advanced Excel skills
    (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Comfortable working with internal systems, databases and operational software
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proactive, independent and detail-oriented work approach
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • B category driving license
