Schedule:

Full-time, 5 days/week, mostly afternoon shifts (including rotating weekends)

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, proactive
Operations Specialist

to help coordinate the daily operations of our platform. This is not a standard support or admin role — you'll be directly responsible for making sure every shift posted on the platform is successfully filled and executed.

You'll work across the full process: from onboarding and activating new professionals, assigning them to shifts, following up on attendance, to solving last-minute issues. You'll also communicate closely with both our professionals and the client's on-site managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end shift fulfillment process
  • Respond to new client shift requests and proactively fill open roles
  • Onboard and activate professionals on the platform
  • Contact and assign workers to shifts, ensuring long-term engagement
  • Monitor attendance, track clock-ins, and follow up on late/no-shows
  • Handle last-minute changes and find replacements when needed
  • Communicate with on-site managers to ensure smooth coordination
  • Tackle daily operational challenges with a problem-solving mindset to ensure efficiency and reliability
  • Keep internal systems and documentation updated
  • Continuously improve workflows and support daily operations

Requirements

  • Fluent or native-level English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in dynamic, real-time environments (e.g. delivery/logistics operations, field coordination, marketplaces, staffing agencies) is a strong plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
  • Previous experience working in a startup is a strong plus
  • Willingness to work afternoon/evening hours and rotating weekends
