Join us as an
Event and Sales Operations Specialist
, where you will coordinate Bloomberg Adria events, ensure professional execution in line with procedures and standards, and provide support in the sales process. You will also contribute to advertising campaigns and prepare reports on their success.

Main responsibilities and expectations of the role:

  • Actively participate in all phases of event organization as well as in the accompanying promotional activities
  • Ensure appropriate application of all operational procedures in event organization process
  • Ensure compliance with all the basic security standards and good business practice in terms of risk management in the process of event organization
  • Ensure compliance with the Bloomberg license rules and procedures during event organization process
  • Conduct all the administrative tasks related to event organization process
  • Coordinate organization of Bloomberg Adria events among all related stakeholders and participants
  • Coordinate and monitor client deliverables during and after events/campaigns, including additional benefits (PR, content, promotions), ensuring timely execution
  • Provide administrative support in the sales process
  • Work on preparation and execution of advertising campaigns
  • Provide reporting regarding completed advertising campaigns

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Mid to advanced level of English language proficiency
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel, when needed, to other Bloomberg Adria centers: Ljubljana, Zagreb, Sarajevo and Skoplje
  • Familiarity with advertising media formats will be considered an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
  • Working experience in the media/broadcasting industry is considered an advantage
