Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Belgrade. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, assist with customer service inquiries, and support the sales team in achieving their goals. Responsibilities include coordinating sales processes, maintaining communication with clients and team members, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. The role also entails monitoring sales data, resolving customer issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing and resolving client inquiries efficiently
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
  • Prior experience in sales or related fields is preferred
  • Fluency in both Serbian and English languages is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
