Exterior Services Procurement Specialist

Belgrade, Central Serbia Mplus Serbia Full time €40,000 - €60,000 per year

This position will be responsible for finding vendors to service our customers and providing support to our team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Source new vendors by utilizing online resources and cold calling for all lines of business to include but not limited to snow removal, landscaping, parking lot, pressure washing, sweeping
  • Onboard a minimum number of vendors in targeted areas to prioritize and support customer needs
  • Assess and document the size of the contract partner's company, based on equipment, number of crews and other customer business
  • Clearly communicate and educate the scope of work, contract, invoicing, and technology requirements with new and established vendors
  • Negotiate budgets using the approval process and submit link assignments to initiate contract
  • Review 45-70 inspections per day, validating services and out of scope work based on customer direction
  • Initiate out of scope work orders, attach pictures and build scope of work
  • Utilize provided pricing tools to formulate quotes, to be approved by Work Order Manager for processing
  • Complete work order documents with accuracy and speed; complete a minimum number of work orders per day, per week

What we expect from you:

  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Minimum of one year of professional experience required
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail and follow-through
  • Willingness to work in afternoon shift (2 pm - 10 pm, possible later shifts, and weekend hours required during winter months based on weather and snow events)
