About the job

is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on the production of thumbnails,graphics, and images for social media and our website. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling through visual content and the ability to turn raw assets - influencer content, photoshoots, etc - into polished, engaging images for Frontdesks businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and execute static ad campaigns tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Researching the different types of ads that work well on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and learning to repurpose those and apply the concepts to other brands.
  • Feel comfortable learning about what types of product features, benefits and messaging resonate with a brand's target demographic, and testing content that uses that messaging in an experimental, iterative way in your ad creative
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for user engagement.
  • Communicating directly with us to understand our product and marketing objectives, incorporating our feedback into final edits.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Facebook advertising to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our ads.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience creating image ad assets designed to be run on Meta, TikTok and Google
  • An understanding of direct-response advertising best practices and the latest social media trends
  • A keen eye for design and ability to properly apply a brand's visual guidelines to new designs
