Job Overview

The Designer will play a key role in creating exceptional multi-channel digital experiences, supporting marketing and communication efforts across the organization. This position combines creative design expertise with strong project ownership, requiring hands-on proficiency using both established and emerging design and content authoring tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and accessible digital content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, cross-channel experiences across various digital platforms (majorly email and website)
  • Independently drive, coordinate, and close on design requirements for diverse project
  • Create and amend a variety of digital assets, including:
  • New email designs and updates to existing emails
  • Develop emails on content authoring tools (KNAK)
  • Website designs using existing templates
  • Edits to existing website design
  • Video editing could be a plus
  • Design print assets, including brochures, posters, and flyers etc., ensuring materials are print-ready
  • Implement best practices in accessible and inclusive design
  • Collaborate closely with marketing colleagues in agile environments
  • Stay current with agile marketing processes and adapt to evolving project needs

English, Serbian, other Balkans languages as a plus
