We are looking for a
Sr. Project Manager, Customer Care Operations
to join our team in Belgrade. This role contributes to the business performance, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction for customer success in the Intellectual Property Segment at Clarivate.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
- 7+ years of relevant experience in similar roles
- 3+ years of experience in formal project management processes
- 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams and managing challenges to keep project timelines
- Experience presenting projects at executive level
- Proficiency in English

- PMP certification
- Advanced PowerPoint skills is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Project management experience in customer success a plus
- Experience with Intellectual Property industry is a plus
What will you be doing in this role?
- Drive project delivery and strategy for Customer Success organization
- Track, report, and provide status reports on a regular basis to project owner and stakeholders. May require project reporting to ELT
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, in collaboration with CS stakeholders
- Responsible for mitigation of risks, issues, and ensuring dependencies are tracked and managed
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback

Hours of work
This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
