
Marketing & Communications Manager

We're looking for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead both internal and external communication strategies, enhance our employer brand, and drive marketing initiatives that engage audiences and support business growth. This role combines creative storytelling, strategic planning, and hands-on execution across a range of channels, with a strong focus on bringing ideas to life from concept to completion.
You will be the go-to person for internal communication, and external marketing activities, managing everything from intranet updates and employee engagement to social media campaigns, website content and sales enablement materials.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities
External Marketing & Content Creation
Plan, create, and manage content for social media, website, email campaigns, and blogs that align with brand voice and business objectives.
Edit and update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and SEO optimization.
Produce creative multimedia content including videos, podcasts, and infographics.
Use HubSpot for campaign automation, analytics, and lead nurturing.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and brochures.
Campaign Management & Analytics
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Internal Communications
Manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, all hands calls) to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and inspired.
Create and curate internal content, such as success stories, leadership updates, and cultural initiatives.
Help leadership build personal brands on LinkedIn.
Skills & Experience
Essential
Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a combined internal and external role.
Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency with HubSpot, Canvaand Microsoft Office.
Experience managing social media, focusing on LinkedIn,email marketing, and website content.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and bring ideas from concept to delivery.
Desirable
Video editing and podcast production experience.
Familiarity with intranet platforms.
Understanding of SEO best practices.
Experience with paid advertising.
