We're looking for an Ops Specialist to join our team, for a luxury Korean skincare brand based in NYC.

Below is the breakdown of the responsibilities that this meticulous individual would have (Keep in mind that there is a standard training and onboarding period, to bring you up to speed and prepare you for the position):

  • Logistics - inbound and outbound
  • Work with the forwarder and broker to import shipments from Korea delivery to the 3PL
  • Review customs paperwork to ensure correct duty is being charged
  • Ensure all import requirements are being met for customs and FDA
  • Manage PO Tracker google doc and update daily
  • Manage day to day operations with our 3PL
  • Ensure orders are being processed according to the SLA
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Submit special projects as needed
  • Ensure POs are received timely
  • Partner with the customer experience team to resolve customer issues
  • Identify fraud orders
  • Wholesale/ B2B accounts
  • Work with consolidator to receive all orders and ensure they are labeled correctly for the wholesale accounts
  • Ensure all import/export paper is ready (including MSDS)
  • Prepare Packing Lists and Commercial Invoices
  • Ensure orders are picked up on time
  • Additional special projects as needed

This is a full time employment position - a 5 day work week split into 8 hour shifts, aligned with the EST time zone.

  • An autonomous, proactive and meticulous person - oversights and errors in this position tend to snowball into larger issues, so double checking everything is the MO
  • A fluent English speaker
  • Someone with prior eCommerce Ops experience
