Opis uloge

Pozicija je dinamična i multidisciplinarna, namenjena kandidatu koji spaja tehničko znanje sa strateškim razmišljanjem i sposobnošću da ideje pretoči u konkretna rešenja.

Glavne odgovornosti:

  • Razvoj i implementacija AI rešenja (chat/voice botovi, prediktivna analitika, segmentacija korisnika, tehnička podrška, mrežno planiranje).
  • Identifikacija i sprovođenje AI inicijativa iz različitih sektora kompanije.
  • Saradnja sa prodajnim, marketinškim i razvojnim timovima, kao i eksternim partnerima.
  • Koordinacija projektnih aktivnosti i podrška menadžmentu.
  • Aktivno učešće u edukacijama, kampanjama i javnim nastupima radi pozicioniranja kompanije kao AI lidera.

Profil kandidata

Obavezne tehničke kompetencije:

  • Napredno znanje Pythona i rad sa bibliotekama (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Iskustvo u razvoju i primeni klasičnih i dubokih ML modela.
  • Rad sa strukturiranim i nestrukturiranim podacima.
  • Iskustvo sa REST API integracijama i integracijom AI rešenja u poslovne sisteme.
  • Projekti zasnovani na LLM tehnologijama (OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain).

Poželjno:

  • Poznavanje vektorskih baza (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone).
  • Razumevanje MLOps procesa (deployment, monitoring, verzionisanje modela).
  • Iskustvo sa no-code/low-code AI alatima i prompt engineering tehnikama.

  • Proaktivnost i orijentacija ka rezultatima.
  • Analitičke i komunikacione veštine.
  • Sposobnost prenošenja složenih tehničkih informacija jednostavno i jasno.
  • Iskustvo u vođenju timova ili projekata je prednost.
