We're looking for a versatile and innovative AI Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation solutions that streamline internal operations across development, IT support, customer support, sales, and more. In this role, you will not only develop automations but also own our AIOps Dashboard, providing real-time visibility into efficiency gains, process adoption, and performance metrics. You will act as a bridge between business units and technology teams — ensuring every automation project is driven by clear business value and measurable outcomes.This role is also about driving AI adoption across Unlimit — not just building solutions, but inspiring teams to use them. You will run workshops, create ready-to-use automation templates, and be an internal AI evangelist.

What You'll Be Doing:

• At Unlimit, AI automation fuels our ability to operate at a truly global scale. As an AI Automation Engineer, you step into a role that feels part strategist, part builder, and part storyteller — weaving automation into the daily rhythm of the company. Your work begins in conversations with teams across sales, support, compliance, operations, and marketing, uncovering where the bottlenecks live and where the greatest impact can be made. You map processes in detail, capture requirements, and define what success will look like, building a clear picture of the workflows and pain points that automation can transform
• From there, you nurture a living Automation Backlog — a central source of truth where priorities shift in line with business impact and ROI. You design and implement end-to-end workflows using tools like N8N, APIs, MCPs, and AI agents, bringing automation from concept to reality. Alongside that, you craft an AIOps Dashboard, perhaps in Streamlit, giving visibility into time saved, error rates reduced, and adoption metrics that prove the value of every automation deployed
• Your work isn't just about replacing manual effort — it's about infusing intelligence into the very fabric of operations. AI-powered decision-making flows through your automations, enabling intelligent routing, anomaly detection, and auto-remediation without human intervention. Each solution is monitored, optimized, and scaled with an eye for reliability, performance, and security. Before full rollout, you demo your creations, gather feedback, and refine them so they fit perfectly into the teams' daily work
• To ensure these tools take root, you document them in internal playbooks and create training resources that make adoption seamless. You become an advocate for AI within the company, running mini-workshops and sharing practical examples that spark ideas across teams. Over time, you build a growing library of ready-to-use automations and AI agents — a resource that empowers every department to adapt, deploy, and benefit from automation at speed

Qualifications You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI solutions, or AIOps roles
• Proven experience collaborating directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions
• Proficiency with N8N or similar automation platforms, prompt engineering and langchain/langgraph
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards with Streamlit or equivalent frameworks
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom automation logic
• Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs for automation ROI
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and integrating automation into pipelines
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks and prompt engineering
• Knowledge of anomaly detection, event correlation, and automated incident resolution
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Background in fintech, payments, or high-volume transactional environments
