Zapošljavamo: AI Video Creator / Prompt Engineer (Remote / Hibrid – Beograd)

Galaxy Reach traži kreativnu osobu koja će uz pomoć AI video alata praviti kratke i efektne klipove za društvene mreže, ads i prezentacije. Fokus nam je na brzom prototipisanju, vizuelnoj konzistenciji i kvalitetnoj isporuci.

Šta ćeš raditi (day-to-day):


• Generisanje kratkih klipova (do 40s) u: Midjourney, Kling, Hailuo, Nano Banana, Moonvalley (po potrebi i drugi).


• Prompt inženjering: izrada, iteracija i dokumentovanje promptova; rad sa referencama, seed-ovima i stilovima.


• Optimizacija formata (9:16, 1:1, 16:9), naming konvencije i organizacija asseta.


• Kvalitet & brzina: više varijacija po sceni, brza validacija, A/B test mindset.


• Saradnja sa dizajnerskim i marketing timom na storyboardu i style-guide doslednosti.

Must-have:


• Praktično iskustvo u najmanje 2–3 od navedenih alata (Midjourney / Kling / Hailuo / Nano Banana / Moonvalley).


• Razumevanje AI-video pipeline-a: od prompta do finalnog exporta.


• Portfolio sa konkretnim AI video primerima (linkovi).


• Brzina, tačnost i osećaj za ritam, kadriranje i atmosferu.
