Role Description
We are hiring a Commission Sales Associate in Novi Sad (hybrid, with work-from-home flexibility). This is not a cushy office job, it is a performance role.

You will hunt new opportunities, close deals, negotiate hard, and smash sales targets. You will be the front line, presenting proposals, building relationships, and locking in clients.

You will also track market trends, relay feedback to the team, and level up your skills in a competitive environment where results are everything.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (closing matters, not just talking)
  • Fearless communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Natural ability to connect with people and win trust
  • Sharp eye on trends and strategy, always learning and adapting
  • Independent, ambitious, and obsessed with hitting targets
  • Background in SEO or digital marketing is a plus, but hunger to succeed matters the most
