We are looking for:
Common Field Application Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently provide hands-on assistance to customers integrating company products into their systems — helping debug UART communication between a microcontroller and a cellular module or validating GNSS signal performance.
  • Reproduce and analyze technical issues in the lab environment (hardware and software). Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
  • Support customers with firmware updates, AT command configuration, and connectivity setup (e.g., MQTT, TCP/UDP, or cloud integration). independently handling simpler problems and seeking guidance on complex cases.
  • Support the sales and business teams during customer design-in stages. This includes reviewing customer schematics, recommending proper power supply design, and guiding on antenna or RF considerations.
  • Participate in customer support meetings (online & offline) and independently manage the regular customer communications.
  • Other tasks as required by the chain of reporting and business needs based on the similar task level.

Job Requirements:

  • At leaser Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar techical support role.
  • Able to clearly describe the architecture and functionality of 2/3/4G/WiFi/GNSS systems, module design, and measurement methods.
  • Familiar with end-device design principles and experience with troubleshooting tasks.
  • Familiarity with IoT communication technologies (LTE, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GNSS, etc.). Ability to identify issues with assistance, find out root causes with optimization solutions and analyze reports.
  • Ability to interpret hardware schematics and datasheets.
  • Customer experience in resolving basic connectivity issues.
  • Fluent in English.
