Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Owner/ Project Manager based in Belgrade, with flexibility for some remote work. The Product Owner will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product backlog, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize tasks. The role involves bridging the technical and business aspects of projects to ensure the development of high-quality, user-centric software solutions. Regular interaction with the development team will also be required to guide product development.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Product and Project Management
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
  • Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
  • A strong team player with organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 or Industrial IoT domains is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
