What we are looking for:

As a Revenue Business Analyst, you will support the accounting, finance and sales teams by providing revenue and accounts receivable analysis and reporting. You will assist in identifying overages and upsell potential in software and recurring service revenue as well as assisting in global AR reporting and analysis. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual relatively early in their career seeking opportunities for growth and development in a fast pace SaaS environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Overage and upsell analysis:
o Monitor, track and report on all potential overage situations in customer contracts
o Conduct analysis in JAGGAERs internal systems to identify potential opportunities
o Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as required

• Global AR reporting:
o Maintain and produce global AR reporting on a monthly basis
o Involvement in global reviews with subsidiaries
o Assist in collections process globally

• Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting and finance function
o Assist in the implementation of best practices and process documentation
o Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field

• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent command of English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
