The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA)
in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards MA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. MA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

About the Team:
The MA/LOW (Warehousing and Enabling) is the responsible for warehousing operation and processes in the Mobility Aftermarket. The field of activities includes the whole variety from management of logistic service providers, the design of warehouse managements system solutions and holistic process optimization. Data analytics is a key factor in this field to drive the improvement processes.

Job Description

►Design, develop and maintain frontend and backend for web tools that digitalize processes in warehousing operations

►Collaborate with business stakeholders, process experts and operations to understand requirements and translate them into hands-on technical solutions

►Develop backend services for data processing and integration

►Build intuitive and responsive user interfaces

►Ensure performance, reliability and security of developed applications

►Provide guidelines and trainings to different roles and users of the tools

►Contribute to automation and digitalization of the operational processes in warehouses

Qualifications

►Bachelor or Master in related business technology required (Business Information Systems, Computer Science or Supply Chain preferred)

►2+ years of experience in ASP.NET framework, Blazor framework considered as a plus

►Solid knowledge in relational databases and SQL

►Experience with Microsoft business intelligence stack (MS SQL, SSAS, SSIS, Power BI) required

►Familiarity with Python and web frameworks (Django, Flask) considered as a plus

►Willingness to travel and cooperate with user departments worldwide

►Business and process-oriented mindset

►Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

►Advanced knowledge of English language
