Our partner dominates the US fashion market in their particular niche: made-to-order bridesmaids' dresses, gifts, and knick-knacks. They do this by ensuring a flawless customer experience at every touchpoint and immediate attention to any issues in the process.

In preparation for our partner's continued growth, we're expanding our CX team by 3 CX agents before the end of the year.

We're looking for fluent English speakers and writers, capable of handling product and delivery-related concerns for our client's consumer base via email/chat/phone. Things can get chaotic with wedding-related delays, so we need a level-headed teammate who can turn stress into calm.

The starting salary is RSD NET, with a clearly defined leveling progression from this entry level position toward higher seniority positions; as well as seasonal performance incentives.

Since our client is in the United States, as are their customers, this position covers US working hours, 5 days at 8 hours/day, with the occasional weekend coverage (on rotation with the rest of the CX team), so we're looking for fellow night owls.

This position does not require previous experience. Though a basic background in B2C customer support and familiarity with standard CRMs (i.e. Zendesk) are 'nice-to-have's', it's not a deal-breaker.

The position requires making your best effort, maintaining a positive, team-centric attitude, and having a desire to grow within our company—same as every other member of our team.
