We're looking for an engaging and results-driven Store Manager to oversee operations at Vinnies store in Dulwich Hill. Working full-time, you will take central role in ensuring the store continues to grow in a competitive retail environment. You will be a model for providing great customer service; and your effective overall leadership skills are crucial to your success in this role.
Your ResponsibilityLeading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteersEnsuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every timeEmbedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standardsMeeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the storeChampion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placementBuilding and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local communityRole-modelling a 'safety first' culture in storeUse the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense Strong focus on customer experienceProven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coachingProven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
