Saradnik/saradnica za korisničku podršku - Call centar dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja

Mesto rada: Beograd (2 izvršioca) m / ž

Vaše odgovornosti:

  • Svakodnevno ćete imati komunikaciju sa klijentima dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja i zdravstvenim ustanovama;
  • Primaćete, prosleđivaćete i obavljati telefonske pozive;
  • Zakazivaćete preglede u zdravstvenim ustanovama u dogovorenim terminima za osiguranike;
  • Pružaćete pomoć i preporuke u pronalaženju najboljeg rešenja za sprovođenje zdravstvene zaštite u skladu sa zahtevima osiguranika;
  • Pružaćete informacije o lokacijama zdravstvenih ustanova, obimu i visini pokrića dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja i načinu ostvarivanja prava po ugovoru o osiguranju;
  • Pratićete sprovođenje projekata unapređenja informacionog sistema i/ili portala dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja u cilju unapređenja pružanja usluge dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja;
  • Učestvovaćete u unapređenju pružanja usluge dobrovoljnog zdravstvenog osiguranja kroz komunikaciju i saradnju sa zdravstvenim ustanovama.

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • Srednja/Viša stručna sprema svih usmerenja, a poželjno medicinske struke;

Prednost imaju kandidati koji:

  • Imaju prethodno radno iskustvo na istim ili sličnim poslovima;
  • Poznaju engleski jezik;
  • Zainteresovani su za širenje znanja u medicinskoj struci

  • Dobre komunikacione i organizacione sposobnosti;
  • Komunikativnost i sklonost ka timskom radu;
  • Volja za učenjem i usavršavanjem;
