We are now seeking a
Quality and Safety Manager
who will play a central role in protecting consumer trust, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our operations align with both global standards and local regulations.

This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and contribute to long-term company growth across all SF1 Group brands.

What you will do

  • Quality & Compliance
    : Implement and maintain the Nespresso Quality Management System; lead internal audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Workplace Health & Safety (OHS)
    : Monitor and ensure that all
    workplace health and safety standards
    are met in line with local legislation and group requirements, covering all brands within SF1 Group.
  • Safety & Environment
    : Develop and execute safety programs and recycling strategies; ensure ecological responsibility and reduction of CO₂ emissions across all operations.
  • Sustainability
    : Act as Sustainability Officer for the market, leading projects that deliver long-term environmental and business impact.
  • Risk & Crisis Management
    : Conduct risk assessments, root cause analyses, and lead crisis preparedness and response.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with cross-functional teams, distributors, external partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance and best practices.

What we are looking for

  • University degree in
    Food Technology, Engineering, Science
    or a related field.
  • Solid experience in
    Quality Management, SHE/OHS, and/or Sustainability
    , ideally within FMCG or retail.
  • Proven leadership skills, with ability to
    influence, coach and engage cross-functional teams
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Food Safety (HACCP), Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain practices
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; able to work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficiency in
    English
    (written and spoken).
