Position Overview

Scale My Cleaning Business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Manager
to plan, execute, and oversee key initiatives that drive the growth and efficiency of our organization. You'll play a pivotal role in structuring projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and execution. The right candidate is process-driven, an excellent communicator, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-growing, service-based environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

  • Develop project plans with clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Track progress and ensure accountability across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Workflow & Process Coordination

  • Document and refine workflows for marketing, sales, client delivery, and internal operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
  • Support the integration of tools (CRM, automation, task management) to streamline work.

Team & Stakeholder Communication

  • Coordinate communication across departments, ensuring alignment on goals and progress.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project-related updates and reporting.
  • Facilitate collaboration between leadership, staff, and external vendors/partners.

Quality & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor KPIs and project metrics to ensure goals are being achieved.
  • Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership.
  • Recommend adjustments to strategies and workflows based on data and outcomes.

Adaptability & Problem-Solving

  • Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  • Adjust plans quickly when priorities shift, while keeping projects on track.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term scalability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within consulting, service-based businesses, or fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, process automation, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on results and accountability.
  • PMP, Agile, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required.
