Position Overview:

Reliable Aid Inc. is seeking a dynamic
Operations Director
to lead and structure our growing organization. As a crucial part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing internal systems and workflows that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at creating scalable solutions from the ground up. The perfect candidate will have extensive experience in operations, sales, and marketing — particularly within non-profits, healthcare, service-based organizations, or consulting environments. You must be a skilled communicator, a systems thinker, and someone passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:System Development & Implementation

  • Design, build, and implement scalable operational systems to support Reliable Aid's mission and expansion goals.
  • Develop internal workflows and client-facing processes that drive efficiency and service quality.
  • Establish structured, repeatable processes that enhance overall organizational performance.

Process Creation & Management

  • Create and document clear, adaptable workflows across all departments.
  • Identify key initiatives requiring systemization to support program delivery, volunteer coordination, and client services.
  • Implement process improvements that increase automation, scalability, and accountability.

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Align operational processes with the organization's strategic goals in healthcare assistance and community outreach.
  • Lead and oversee major operational initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment with leadership and teams.
  • Take ownership of project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.

Internal & External Coordination

  • Work closely with teams through platforms like Slack, CRM systems, and automation tools to streamline communications and operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for operational system improvements and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.
  • Support collaboration between departments, volunteers, and external partners.

Growth-Focused Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Identify operational challenges and implement creative, sustainable solutions.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize workflows, enhance service delivery, and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Thrive in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment by balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience scaling organizations through systems development and operational leadership.
  • Background in non-profits, healthcare services, community programs, or consulting is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, CRM systems, sales support, and marketing workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives independently.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a track record of bringing structure and innovation to growing teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools, process automation, and operational analytics is a plus.
