On site/ Hybrid or Remote (with the possibility of occasionally visiting the office in Serbia/Europe).

We're looking for a
Senior Service Reliability Engineer
to join our growing team and help us ensure the performance, stability, resilience and observability of the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and development of infrastructure on Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS);

Configuration of high-availability clusters (VRRP, Keepalived, Corosync, Pacemaker);

Setting up monitoring and alerting (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus);

Developing tools for automation and self-healing (Bash/Python);

Administration of Percona/MySQL and MongoDB databases (replication, backups, optimization);

Configuration and operation of HAProxy and load balancers;

Logging support (ELK/OpenSearch/Loki).

What We're Looking For:

Deep knowledge of Linux and networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, load balancing);

Experience with highly available configurations and fault-tolerant systems;

Performance monitoring and analysis skills;

Experience with logging and metrics systems;

Working knowledge of Bash/Python;

Clear written and spoken communication in Russian;

English level B1 (at least technical reading proficiency);

Responsibility, independence, and initiative.

Bonus points:

Experience with Ansible and Terraform;

Experience with Kafka;

Experience with a Proxmox cluster;

Knowledge of CI/CD principles and GitLab pipelines;

Knowledge of Chaos Engineering and capacity planning principles.
