About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Integration to lead our global integration team and become the main technical point of contact for our partners. This is a hybrid role combining deep technical understanding with strong partner-facing communication skills. You will manage a team of 3 integration managers across different time zones, drive seamless integrations, and ensure that partners get maximum value from our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Integration & Support: Oversee the full integration journey — from onboarding to go-live — ensuring partners experience a smooth and frictionless transition.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide partners through API and SDK integrations, provide solutions for backend and frontend challenges, and improve documentation and developer tools.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners (from top industry players like Metamask, Phantom, Tangib to smaller startups), gathering feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Feature Delivery: Translate partner requests into clear product requirements, collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, and ensure timely implementation.
  • Team Management: Lead and coach a distributed team of 3 integration managers (Brazil, China, Serbia), mentoring them for growth and independence.
  • Crisis Resolution: Own resolution of technical issues and production incidents impacting partners.
What We're Looking For
  • Background in Integration / Solution Engineering — proven track record in partner integrations or solution engineering roles.
  • Technical Competence — strong understanding of backend (APIs) and frontend (SDK/hosted) integrations. Ability to read and understand code logic (no need to be a hands-on developer).
  • Crypto & Fintech Knowledge — experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, or payment providers. Background from competitors like Mercury, Transec, Tangsa is a big plus.
  • Hybrid Profile — ability to combine technical depth with excellent client-facing communication. Prior background in development or QA is highly valued.
  • Leadership Experience — mentoring or managing technical teams.
  • Languages — fluent English; other languages are a plus.
Location
  • Onsite in Serbia (Belgrade office).
  • The role requires working across multiple time zones (China Brazil), making Serbia an ideal location.
