For our client, company Henkel, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join their team as: Head of Production Area KruÅevac Job Description: • Organizing and coordinating production in terms of quantities, timelines, and product quality. • Managing the factory operations and ensuring organizational efficiency and performance. • Overseeing and ensuring the execution of production plans, including assortment and quantities. • Ensuring compliance with production specifications and implementing corrective measures when necessary. • Monitoring waste material within the production process. • Managing workforce engagement and allocation based on production needs. • Implementing workplace safety measures, occupational health regulations, fire protection, hygiene, and environmental protection. • Analyzing workplace injuries and preparing reports related to workplace safety. • Optimizing processes and reducing production costs by proposing necessary activities and projects. • Participating in planning and implementing projects related to production and internal logistics. • Collaborating on monthly budget reviews and production cost assessments. • Supporting export activities by contributing to pricing and cost calculations. • Assisting the marketing team in product promotion and innovation. • Coordinating with investment projects to improve production efficiency and facility maintenance. Requirements • Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the FMCG or chemical industry. • Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in managing production teams. • Excellent knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and cost control. • Experience with quality control standards and compliance with safety regulations. • Proficiency in workplace safety, environmental protection, and lean manufacturing principles. • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and implement process improvements. • Experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and operational efficiency strategies. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
