Job Title: Head of Marketing - GamblingIndustryJob Type: Full -timeRequirements:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.Fluency in Russian and English (both writing and verbal).Ability and willingness to travel as required.Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing in the gambling industry, particularly with game creators and providers.Demonstrable experience in building and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness and pipeline growth.Extensive experience across online and offline marketing channels.Excellent relationship -building skills.Experience in managing external marketing agencies.Budget management experience.Strong analytical skills to conduct strategic marketing analysis.Proven ability to present and communicate at board level.Experience in managing a team of up to ten people.Experience working for a large company in the gambling industry.Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development of marketing strategies specifically for game creators and providers in the gambling industry by working closely with clients, managers, creatives, content providers, and distribution partners to create effective plans focused on growing the audience for our products and services.Strategy Implementation: Ensure the implementation of effective marketing strategies tailored to the gambling industry.Strategic Analysis: Conduct strategic marketing analysis specific to the gambling market that will help guide marketing messages.Marketing Plans and Programs: Conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales in the gambling sector.Performance Review: Review and report on all areas of the marketing strategies and their implementation.Brand Identity Development: Develop the corporate brand identity in consultation with senior managers, executives, and partners, focusing on the gambling industry.Market Intelligence Monitoring: Monitor market intelligence and keep track of competitor movements and market situations within the gambling industry.Cross -Department Collaboration: Collaborate with team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies for gambling products.Department Growth: Identify ways to grow the marketing department and secure resources. Source talent to ensure the curation and retention of specialist skill sets across your teams.Social Media Management: Oversee social media planning and execution for gambling -related content.Agency Management: Manage creative agencies and retainer partners.Event Participation: Attend expos and conferences specific to the gambling industry, preparing engaging displays and stands as needed, and provide post -event reports and analysis.Initiative Development: Develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company's objectives and brand messaging in the gambling sector.Trend Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure that the company stays ahead of the curve in the gambling industry.Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for our website and social media platforms focused on gambling products.Metric Tracking: Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and adjust our strategy accordingly.Strategic Decision Making: Make company -wide decisions and create strategies alongside the owners and other C -level executives.Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to stay up -to -date on industry developments and forge relationships with other companies in the iGaming industry.Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with online casinos, game providers, payment providers, platform providers, and other companies to create mutually beneficial cooperation and marketing campaigns.Marketing Initiative Management: Manage the company's marketing initiatives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.Competitor Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure that the company stays ahead of the competition.Content Strategy Development: Develop engaging content strategies for the website and social media platforms.HQ and Field Office Management: Oversee marketing operations and strategy implementation across one HQ and field offices to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
