Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Marketing Cluster Head to lead marketing activities across the CIS & CEE region, with a strong focus on enabling business growth and aligning regional execution with global and local priorities.

This is a brand-new role in a newly established department, offering the unique opportunity to shape processes, set best practices, and make a lasting impact from day one.

This role will work in close collaboration with the Group Strategic Marketing function, which owns the strategy for global brands. The Cluster Head will take full ownership of marketing planning and execution for local and cluster-level brands, while also adapting global strategies for implementation in the region. Reporting to: CIS & CEE Head.

The ideal candidate brings strong regional expertise, experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, and a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Regional Marketing Leadership

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the cluster in alignment with local business goals and Group Strategic Marketing guidance.
• Identify growth opportunities, define brand priorities, and create robust marketing plans to support commercial performance in CIS & CEE.
• Ensure effective planning and execution for local and cluster-level brands, and support regional implementation of global initiatives.

2. Business Growth Enablement

• Act as a key marketing partner to Commercial and Country Heads in the Cluster, supporting product growth, market share expansion, and business planning activities.
• Provide marketing insights and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions and shape commercial priorities in the cluster.

3. Brand Management & Execution

• Oversee the development and localization of marketing content and campaigns, ensuring compliance with market-specific regulations and cultural expectations.
• Ensure consistent and impactful execution of brand messages across customer segments and channels.
• Drive regional launch plans and support life-cycle management of the product portfolio.
• Drive innovation and excellence in digital marketing and customer engagement across the region.
• Leverage data analytics and customer insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
• Support the sales team in lead generation and qualification efforts.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health marketing, including at least 2 years in a regional role.
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-country marketing strategies, particularly in CIS & CEE markets.
• Excellent understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and healthcare trends.
• Solid track record in developing and executing marketing plans that drive commercial success.
• Strong experience working within or in close coordination with central/global marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.
• Willingness to travel across the region.
