Technical Product Owner

We're hiring a hands-on Technical Product Owner to drive product delivery for international clients across multiple industries. You'll own priorities and the backlog, translate complex workflows into actionable requirements, and guide cross-functional squads to ship secure, high-value releases

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate workflows to specs
    : Convert business and operational processes into clear epics/user stories with acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (security, privacy, performance, reliability, auditability)
  • Own the backlog & roadmap
    : Prioritize by value/risk/capacity; maintain a transparent roadmap aligned to business milestones and any applicable regulatory timelines
  • Sprint collaboration
    : Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Data through refinement, planning, reviews, and retros to unblock delivery
  • Stakeholder management
    : Serve as the voice of the customer (end users, business sponsors, compliance/risk, IT). Run demos/UAT, capture feedback loops, and drive release readiness
  • Interoperability & integrations
    : Specify and validate integrations (REST APIs, SSO, event streaming, webhooks, audit logging) and ensure reliable data flows
  • Build-in governanc
    e: Champion privacy, RBAC, encryption, logging, data residency, and traceability to support audits and incident responses
  • Product analytics
    : Define and track KPIs/OKRs (adoption, quality, SLA attainment, lead time, defects) and use telemetry to drive continuous improvement
  • Documentation
    : Maintain PRDs, API contracts, data models/dictionaries, sequence/flow diagrams, and release notes with requirement-to-test traceability

Requirements

  • 3+ years
    as a Product Owner/PM/BA in B2B or enterprise software
  • Solid Agile/Sc
    rum practice: story writing, refinement, estimation, sprint/PI planning
  • Ability
    to read API d
    ocs, discuss system design, and triage technical issues with engineers; basic querying (e.g., SQL) is a plus
  • Strong communication & organization
    ; concise writing and stakeholder facilitation
  • Jira/Confluence
    (or similar) proficiency
  • English proficiency
    (written and spoken)
  • Working knowledge of privacy/security/compliance concepts and common frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
