Online Casino Specialist

Location: Belgrade

Introducing a Junior Casino Specialist role will streamline operational processes by supporting day-to-day tasks such as game management, promotional setup, and content updates. This position will reduce the workload on senior team members, ensure faster execution of routine activities, and improve overall operational efficiency, ultimately contributing to a more agile and responsive casino operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for Casino vendors on the casino operation side.
  • First point of contact for customer service/customer support if there are any issues with Casino games or if the customer complains.
  • Working in the vendors' back offices to check game performance and player activity.
  • Working closely with other departments (Marketing, CRM, etc., VIP) to ensure the casino product strategy is delivered.
  • Launching new casino games, updating the regulator, and managing the calendar of new releases.
  • Games portfolio monitoring, controlling, and games positioning strategy.
  • Quality control of all casino games.
  • Preparing competitor analysis. Tracking trends in the Casino worldwide.
  • Check and monitor strange player betting patterns.
  • Preparing CMS – adding/removing banners, linking to the game.
  • Preparing CBS – Setup for tournaments and bonuses.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators such as conversion, retention, LTV, GGR, and bonus usage to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • A higher education degree (college or university; at minimum a high school diploma) is preferred.
  • Experience in gaming industry.
  • Experience working with gaming software Back Offices is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • High feeling of responsibility.
  • Good communication and planning skills.
