About position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer & Analyst to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be end-responsible for building and maintaining our data infrastructure while also delivering actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data is reliable, accessible, and aligned with business goals. • Design, build, and maintain scalable data & event pipelines and ETL processes
• Develop and optimize data models and data warehouses for reporting and analytics
• Build dbt models across the existing data architecture (medallion layers) to enable structured insights
• Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value
• Create intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and KPIs
• Perform ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to support teams such as Product, Marketing, Business Development, Asset Management, and Operations
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with robust analytical frameworks and evaluations
• Advise on improvements and suggest innovative solutions for data scalability
  
  

What You Bring

• Degree (FH, BSc, MSc) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a data engineering or hybrid data role
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Solid experience working with structured event modeling (normalized, hybrid, vertical partitioning)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data solutions
• Deep experience in data modeling and managing data warehouses
• Hands-on experience with BI tools
• Additional plus
  • Knowledge of machine learning workflows and MLOps pipelines
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and columnar data stores (e.g., ClickHouse, Redpanda, Kafka)
  • Experience handling multi-source transactional data in regulated domains (e.g., aerospace, MRO, healthcare)
  • Experience with pricing models or e-commerce platform behavior analysis
  • Experience with statistical modeling and experimentation (e.g., regression, hypothesis testing)
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
