Compensation & Benefits professional
to join their team and contribute to their ongoing organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (VII-1 level) in Economics, Technical, or Organizational fields

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong knowledge of compensation systems, standards, and practices in both local and international markets
  • Proficiency in budgeting processes and cost monitoring
  • Ongoing awareness of trends in compensation and benefits
  • Proficiency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the design of compensation strategies, oversee implementation, and monitor the application of compensation and benefits models
  • Manage all employee compensation processes, including the development of special compensation systems (e.g., incentive programs)
  • Participate in performance management processes and oversee bonus calculations
  • Manage salary increase processes
  • Oversee total personnel costs, including training and development expenses; plan, track, and control personnel- and training-related budgets
  • Prepare specialized reports for management
  • Oversee the position evaluation system
  • Conduct salary market research, analyze market data, and provide recommendations based on insights
  • Participate in the implementation and adaptation of initiatives, programs, and projects within the C&B area
  • Lead the team by proposing and implementing measures to improve team efficiency and work quality; monitor and evaluate team performance and oversee team development and training
  • Continuously monitor market trends and organizational needs, recommending innovative approaches to compensation and benefits systems
