Position Description:

As a Customer Services Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team with day-to-day administrative activities that keep our customer operations running smoothly. You will assist with handling customer requests, updating internal systems, and managing documentation. This position is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain experience in a dynamic and collaborative international environment.

What You'll Do (Tasks & Responsibilities):

  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to customer inquiries and transactions
  • Helping maintain accurate documentation and internal records
  • Supporting the tracking of quotes, orders, and follow-ups
  • Contributing to smooth coordination of tasks across regions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent support for customer operations

Who You Are (Personal Competencies):

  • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
  • Are detail-oriented and organized, with strong time-management skills
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others in a team environment
  • Are comfortable working in English (written and spoken)
  • Have solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
  • Are curious, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
