The position is based in the
Sopot area (Belgrade region)
, within a modern production and office facility offering a professional and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control and analysis of financial flows and overall business performance
  • Management of financial risks and review of balance sheets and income statements
  • Preparation of financial reports and analyses for management purposes
  • Cooperation with banks and monitoring of financial transactions related to company operations
  • Participation in business processes and providing support for strategic decision-making
  • Participation in a structured learning and mentorship program with the possibility of advancement

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in
    finance and accounting
    (experience in
    banking or industrial sector
    is an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of
    controlling, risk analysis, and financial reporting
  • Pantheon ERP system knowledge – mandatory
  • High level of responsibility, precision, and analytical thinking
  • Motivation for continuous learning and professional development
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
