is a member of the Yanfeng group, a global automotive trim supplier, with presence on 3 continents, and in over 100 locations. We are looking for a motivated candidate, to become a core team member of our front office team in the position of:

ADVANCED SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

  • Track the supplier's product development process, control the supplier's supply quality, and ensure that their products are continuously stable and meet requirements;
  • Support local and global components development and quality escalation topics to suppliers and supplier management;
  • Responsible for the daily supplier quality management of the production line, promptly handling the process problems related to supplier quality, and meeting customer needs;
  • Performs training, monitoring and coordination of solved supplier quality problems. Responsible for monitoring and improvement;
  • Responsible for day-to-day quality management, and prepares a supplier performance report. Organizes and leads a workshop for suppliers and deals with product quality and delivery issues. Pressures, directs and monitors supplier progress; Responsible for trade receivables.
  • Responsible for establishment and implementation of process statistics and analysis, and continuously improve the quality of raw materials and products; Collecting and summarizing quality data;

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor diploma (min. 180 ESPB) in Mechanical engineering or related field;
  • 2 or more years of relevant work experience in area of Supplier Quality;
  • Experience with basic measuring methods and techniques and measurement systems analysis including devices and tools calibration principles and procedures;
  • Knowledge of 5 quality tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA and FMEA;
  • Knowledge of risk and root cause analysis and problem solving methods;
  • Relevant experience with Quality Management Systems, familiarity with IATF 16949;
  • Very good command of spoken and written English;
  • Excellent interpersonal/organizational skills, strong sense of team belonging.
