Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Belgrade. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and improving recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent sourcing, candidate selection, and conducting interviews
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and workforce planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
